Solution To The Forming Problem Of Blister Packaging Machine

As we all know, blister forming of blister packing machine is the principle that the PVC film (hard sheet) is heated and passed through the mold, the air or vacuum pump is used to form the needed shape and size of the blister. And when the formed blister has a problem, it needs to be removed from this to solve several aspects:

Whether the PVC film used by blister machine is a good product; whether the temperature of the heating station is too high or too low;

Whether the surface of the heating device adheres to PVC;

Whether the molding die of blister packaging machine is qualified, whether the molding hole is smooth, whether the air hole is unobstructed; whether the cooling system of the molding die is working normally and effectively;

Whether the vacuum degree and exhaust rate of the roller negative pressure molding can reach the normal value, and whether there is abnormal loss of the pipeline;

Whether the compressed air of flat positive pressure molding is clean and dry, whether the pressure and flow can reach the normal value, and whether there is abnormal loss in the pipeline;

Whether the flat positive pressure forming mold clamps the PVC tape in parallel, and whether there is air leakage.
