Why did our company launch the 8D model after having two innovative models of capsule counting machines, 16R and 16H? Because the extensive survey results based on professional survey institutions show that more small and medium-sized enterprises have a demand for filling several tablets and capsules. The corresponding market potential for this type of customer is that the appearance size is smaller, and at the same time, it needs more than 90% of the functions of a large-scale counting machine.

The design concept of the 8D capsule counting machine is derived from the enrichment strategy of the high-end counter models RQ DSL 16h and RQ DSL 16r developed by our company.

The 8D model adopts a vibration orbit that can adjust the oscillation frequency. Even if the number of orbits has been reduced by half to 8 channels, the efficiency of counting particles has reached the level of ordinary 16-channel counting machines through our innovation and research and development. If calculated according to a single bottle of counting and filling 60 pieces of material, our tablet counting machine is 3000 bottles per hour, which is equivalent to completing the filling of 180,000 pieces of material.

Third, in terms of multiple grain feeding ports, we also adopted a pneumatic feeding device that is only used for high-end machines, which can accurately feed tablets, capsules and small objects into bottles when filling materials.
