The RQ-BCP-500G is a fully-servo, track-type blister card packing machine designed for premium pharma and nutraceutical wallets. It delivers 1 µm stroke control for precise station registration, a fully enclosed, ergonomic platform, and one-touch traction-distance changeovers on the HMI. Hard-anodized aluminum tooling (28 plates) ensures smooth, snag-free card conveyance and long service life. A modular pull-out mold design speeds format swaps, while the rigid one-piece frame keeps vibration and noise low-resulting in stable, high-quality sealing across extended runs.
1.Full-servo drive with precise, easy stroke adjustment.
The main drive adopts a servo motor, enabling ultra-fine stroke control in increments as small as 1 µm. This delivers highly accurate registration between each station for both paper cards and alu-plastic blisters. When changing products, the traction distance can be switched with a single touch on the HMI, greatly shortening changeover time and reducing operator error.
2.Fully enclosed design for convenient operation.
Key components such as the drive motor, vacuum generator, and air reservoir are positioned in the lower section of the frame. This layout provides a spacious, flat, and clean operating platform, improving ergonomics and visibility at the working area. Daily operation, cleaning, and routine maintenance are simpler, safer, and more efficient.
3.High-hardness aluminum-alloy tooling with hard anodizing.
The 28 tooling plates are machined from high-grade aluminum alloy and treated with a hard-anodized finish. The result is a smooth surface that ensures stable, snag-free paper-card conveyance with no edge catching, while maintaining dimensional accuracy and long service life under continuous production.
4.Block-shaped pull-out slot mold design.
The mold set adopts a block-shaped pull-out slot concept. Mold changes are straightforward and fast, minimizing downtime. Operators can complete exchanges with fewer adjustments and without complex alignment procedures.
5.One-piece machine frame with simplified structure.
The body uses an integrated, monocoque design that provides high rigidity, excellent stability, and low noise during operation. The simplified mechanical structure reduces potential failure points, enhances durability, and contributes to smoother, more consistent quality across extended production runs.
